How do I check my Walmart Gift Card balance?

To check the balance on your Walmart Gift Card, you can use one of the following methods:

                                   

1. Online:

Visit the official Walmart website (www.walmart.com).

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for the "Gift Cards" link under the "Shop Walmart" section.

Click on the "Check Gift Card Balance" option.

Enter your 16-digit Walmart Gift Card number and the PIN (if required) in the provided fields.

Click the "Check Balance" button, and your card balance will be displayed on the screen.

2. Phone:

You can also check your Walmart Gift Card balance by calling Walmart's customer service at 1-888-537-5503.

Follow the automated prompts and provide your card number and PIN when prompted. The automated system will then provide your card balance.

3. In-Store:

Visit a Walmart store near you.

Go to the customer service desk or any cashier.

Present your Walmart Gift Card to the cashier and ask them to check the balance for you.
Please note that you will need your 16-digit Walmart Gift Card number and, in some cases, a PIN to check your balance. 

The PIN is typically located on the back of the card under a scratch-off area. If your card does not have a PIN, you may not need to enter one to check the balance online or over the phone.

How do you store your digital gift card in the Walmart App?

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, you can store and manage your digital Walmart Gift Cards in the Walmart App. Here are the steps to do it:

1. Download and Install the Walmart App:

If you haven't already, download and install the Walmart App on your mobile device. You can find it on the App Store for iOS devices or the Google Play Store for Android devices.

2. Sign In or Create an Account:

Open the Walmart App and sign in to your existing Walmart account or create a new one if you don't have an account.

3. Add Your Gift Card:

Once you are signed in, tap on the "Services" or "More" option, usually represented by three horizontal lines in the top left or top right corner of the app.

4. Select "Gift Cards":

In the Services or More section, you should see an option for "Gift Cards" or "Walmart Pay." Tap on it to proceed.

5. Add Gift Card to Wallet:

Inside the Gift Cards or Walmart Pay section, there should be an option to add or manage your gift cards. Tap on "Add a Gift Card to Walmart Pay" or a similar option.

6. Enter Gift Card Information:

You will be prompted to enter your 16-digit Walmart Gift Card number and, if applicable, the PIN on the card.

7. Save and Use Your Gift Card:

After entering the required information, tap the "Save" or "Add" button. Your digital Walmart Gift Card will now be stored in the Walmart App.

8. Access and Use Your Gift Card:

To access and use your stored gift card, go back to the Gift Cards or Walmart Pay section within the app. You should see your gift card listed there.

9. Make a Purchase:

When you're ready to make a purchase at Walmart, simply select your stored gift card from the app's options during the checkout process. The card balance will be applied to your purchase.

Please note that the process may vary slightly based on app updates or changes in the Walmart App interface.
